Classically styled Champagne made predominantly from Pinot Noir. The lovely biscuit nose gives way to a light and crisp palate with little touches of citrus fruit. With fine, elegant bubbles this Champagne will make the perfect start to any day!

Made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, this Champagne has a fine mousse with a lovely, fine and biscuity character on the nose and palate which lasts through to the finish. Very elegant.

This is a delicate and elegant wine in all senses: pale salmon pink colour from short contact with the skins, a surprising amount of fruit and soft persistant bubbles.

Perrier-Jouët seems to have been over-shadowed by some of the big names in Champagne and we feel this is a big mistake! Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this is a wine with lovely finesse that is well balanced with an inviting fragrance and a lingering flavour.

With so many 'vintage' Champagnes being released when they are only just out of their nappies, it is good to find one that is nicely matured. Prolonged ageing on the lees makes this a special Champagne, full of honeyed and biscuity notes harmonised with the weight of the Chardonnay, from which this wine is made. Compared with many non vintage Champagnes that are around the same price, this offers so much more!

Left to mature on the lees for 3 years this classic Champagne has notes of pears and a creamy texture and a very fine mousse.

From an outstanding vintage year. This Champagne is dominated by Chardonnay from the Côte de Blancs district giving finesse and elegance, complemented by the power of Pinot Noir. This is developing complexity that isn't found in nov-vintage Champagnes.
